Forge Ahead·Celebration of the Successful Acceptance of Hezhong Electronic Control’s Assembly and Testing Line

On the afternoon of August 10, 2023, Zhuhai Daming Technology Co., Ltd. and Hozon New Energy Co., Ltd. held a "on-site acceptance meeting for the 170kw electronic control assembly and testing line project" in Kunshan, Jiangsu. Liu Pingzhou, chief engineer of Hozon Parts - Haozhi Technology, Wang Xiaogang, chief process engineer, and members of the review team including project and process production logistics personnel, as well as Zheng Lixin, general manager of Daming Technology, Yi Peng, deputy general manager, Wang Chengshang, business director, and Bian Qian, director of Suzhou BU2, and key project members participated in the meeting.

At the acceptance meeting, the project leader of Daming Technology firstly introduced the core processes and key technologies of the production line. The entire line includes processes such as cleaning, locking, dispensing, IGBT press-fitting, online aging testing, and EOL testing. Subsequently, the person in charge of on-site production at Hozon commanded trial production, successfully produced, assembled, and tested 20 electronic control products, realizing the functional design verification of the production line. The entire production line was designed and delivered in just three months, which is an important technical achievement of the company's standardized platform. At the meeting, Mr. Liu fully affirmed Daming Technology's R&D, manufacturing and delivery capabilities.



The project under this acceptance is for the motor controller automation production line project of the Power and Electronics Company's new factory of Hozon New Energy Co., Ltd. It is mainly used to produce Hozon's 170kW and 250kW motor controller products. Daming Technology is responsible for all the work of scheme design, equipment procurement, manufacturing, on-site construction, commissioning and schedule management, quality management, and on-site management of the entire project. The production line has an annual production capacity of up to 150,000 units and includes related facilities such as assembly line, testing line, repair station, material rack, on-line material storage, and temporary turnover of finished products.



Daming Technology includes more than 300 R&D personnel, covering professional fields such as software platform development, mechanical design, electronic design, and electrical design.
